As you know, Tonya is one of my followers and she has been adamant in regards to the NV weight loss challenge! So far, within one week, Tonya lost 8lbs! Here is the recipe below!
2 Large Cans of Chicken Chunks or 1 pound chicken meat, skinned, boned and
1 teaspoon Fresh Dill, chopped
4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (Season to your liking)
2 tablespoons curry powder (Season to your liking)
1 handful of golden raisins
1 handful of California Raisins
1 Small Green Apple, Chopped
1/4 cup Red Onion, Diced
1 handful Walnuts (Glazed or regular)
Serve with Whole Wheat Crackers or on a bed of Greens.
Combine meat (Drain if canned) , curry powder, raisins, green apple, red
onions, and dill. Add yogurt to the salad and toss to evenly distribute the
