In 2010, Roman became one of the main cast members in the VH1 reality series Basketball Wives. She was then cast on the Basketball Wives spinoff Basketball Wives LA, starting with the fourth season in 2015. Roman has also appeared on Marriage Bootcamp and the highest rated episode of the ABC hit Celebrity Wife Swap.

Roman has co-hosted The Wendy Williams Show, BET Awards After Show, Love & Hip Hop Award Special and her own spin off special for VH1 called OVERTIME.
